Subsoil Chardonnay

Notes of butterscotch, honey, fresh lime, toasty crème brulee greet you on the nose finishing off with undertones of fresh Granny Smith apple. The full-bodied fruit is balanced by clean bright acidity that leads into a soft, savory finish.

Subsoil Red Blend

Aromas of black cherry and plum with notes of milk chocolate, coffee, sweet smoke and pipe tobacco lend to a balance of plush fruit and powdery tannins in the mid-palate, ending with a long lingering finish with notes of bing cherry and spice.

Subsoil Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon gives us aromas of ripe black fruit with notes of baked blackberry pie, warm baking spices, and earthy undertones. The voluminous fruit carries through in the mouth. This wine shows great expression of the terroir of the Horse Heaven Hills

Subsoil Rosé
This delicate light pink Rosé begins with aromas of fresh grapefruit and cranberry. The fruit is lifted with hints white tea and pink lemonade. The wine is sleek with bright, acidity. The bright, crisp, refreshing acidity brings balance and structure to this lively rosé.

Subsoil Sauvignon Blanc

Bright lime zest and pear are abundant on the nose, finishing with boxwood and minerality. The well balanced acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc carries through the mid-palate, finishing with a crisp and fresh finish.

Subsoil Bubbles

This lush, yet refreshing Bubbly has aromas of honeysuckle and fresh pear, with undertones of caramel and sweet vanilla. This lightly effervescent wine is balanced by clean bright acidity that leads into a soft, clean finish.

Subsoil Merlot

Notes of candied walnuts, ripe raspberry jam, plum, and dried cranberries mingle with sweet coconut and vanilla. The aromas give way to flavors of blueberry and mocha. This wine has a structural core of powdery tannins that are lifted with a touch of acidity. This big, bold Merlot will pair well with many dishes and has amazing aging potential.

Subsoil Malbec
This Malbec opens with notes of blueberry pie and raspberry jam with subtle undertones of baking spices and a hint of cassis and vanilla extract. The powdery, dusty tannins lend structure while the jammy mid-palate balances its fresh acidity, finishing with velvety ripe fruit.
