Small Lot Merlot
Aromas of red currents, black cherry, and plum with hints of sweet tobacco and dark chocolate lend well to the structural core of dusty tannins and a lingering textured finish.
Small Lot Mourvedre
Notes of white pepper, red currants and warm baking spices create layers of complexity in this wine. Powdery tannins provide great texture and body, leading to an elegant, lengthy finish.
Small Lot Petit Verdot
Floral aromas jump out of the glass at you. In addition to rose petals, there are notes of ripe blueberries and wet stone minerality. In the mouth, the concentrated fruit is round and full with powdery tannins. The bright acidity provides a lift on the finish that elevates the floral notes once more. This powerhouse of a wine can be enjoyed now, or safely cellared for years to come.
Robert Willis Reserve Malbec
Aromas of concentrated black fruits are balanced with notes of wet stone and violets. Notes of coffee and cocoa powder add layers of complexity to the intense fruit. On the palate, the wine is supple and sleek, however, there is enough firm structure to hold up the robust fruit.
Small Lot Grenache
Notes of cranberry and orange blossom marry beautifully with undertones of warm baking spices. Powdery tannins provide great texture and body, leading into a lengthy, velvety finish.
Small Lot Dry Riesling
We fermented and aged 10% of this wine on the skins, creating a wine with amazing aromas and texture. The complexity of this wine greets you in layers. Fresh fruit is first with lychee, white peach, and orange blossom followed by the warmth of honey and beeswax.
Calvalie 7 Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of ripe blackberries, dried red fruit, warm spice and hints of cocoa and smoky char create vibrant layers of complexity. The dense, dusty tannins on the palate gives this wine intense richness and texture. The graceful power of this wine results in a deep, lingering finish.
