Fourth-generation farmer and owner of Mercer Wine Estates, Rob Mercer, will share the philosophy and practices that guide stewardship across Mercer Ranches in the Horse Heaven Hills. With a lifelong commitment to protecting the future of the farm, Rob’s approach is rooted in his belief in “farming for the next thousand years.”

Since returning home to the family operation in the late 1990s, Rob has led the implementation of long-term sustainability initiatives focused on soil health, water conservation, wildlife habitat restoration, and preserving native ecosystems across thousands of acres.

This educational evening offers a rare opportunity to hear firsthand how generational farming, innovation, and responsibility to the land shape everything we do—from vineyard to bottle.
