 10th Annual Heart for the Arts Dinner and Auction, Feb 8, 2013 at 5:30p! This auction will be raising money to ensure ACT continues to bring quality educational programming to the kids of the Tri-Cities.  The Dinner and Auction will be held at the Lampson Hangar by Pasco Airport.
